With a constant commitment to emerging artists, Künstler:innenhaus Bremen is delighted to announce its 2026 programme, curated by Marie Oucherif: Join us for the institutional debut in Germany of Anita Esfandiari, see what’s next with a new commission by Phoebe Collings-James, experience Nina Emge’s solo exhibition in autumn and join us for the Bremen Studio Grant 2026 show by Jiawen Uffline.

Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce a new series of programmes called SCAFFOLDING. With this series of exhibitions, the Künstler:innenhaus Bremen is presenting a new focus on performance art, taking place in the empty gallery space between deinstallation and installation. Highlights include an iteration of Deva Schubert’s Glitch Choir in spring, a new commission by Magdalena Mitterhofer & Shade Théret in summer and Ivan Cheng’s revisit of Nowadays in winter.
