Clay and Plaster Workshop for Children Ages 8–11,
with Tabea Felicitas Amrei Erhardt and Noelle BuAbbud
As part of the exhibition Let this be the anchor by artist Phoebe Collings-James at KH Künstler:innenhaus Bremen, a workshop for children is taking place that uses clay and plaster as a starting point for a playful exploration of the exhibition’s themes: collapse, decay, and safety.
Together, participants will experiment with clay and plaster, pouring, stacking, and building their own fragile structures. In the process, they will discover how materials can be transformed, broken, and reassembled. The kids-workshop invites participants to view artistic processes as open and dynamic – including rupture, chance, and unexpected outcomes.
